1. Product specifications
The basketball stand has an arm length of 1.8m, and the upper edge of the basketball hoop is 3.05m from the ground.
2. Product materials
The ball stand column is made of customized bottom 400x500×3 high-quality steel plate cut and bent into a cone shape, which is both beautiful and safe; the upper support point fixing hole of the arm is welded with built-in non-standard nuts, and the basket stand column flange, arm head assembly and arm bottom plate are all made by one-time stamping, with beautiful shape and safe and reliable performance. The upper pull rod of the basketball stand is made of Φ42×2 round tube formed on the pipe bending machine at one time, and connected with the aluminum die-cast backboard ear piece through a high-quality precision steel casting joint, avoiding the hidden danger of rust caused by electric welding and welding slag. The basketball stand can adjust the flatness and verticality of the backboard through the upper support point.
3. Backboard
Specifications: 1800×1050×12 (mm), the backboard is equipped with internationally common high-strength safety glass backboard, which has the characteristics of good safety, high transparency, good weather resistance, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and not easy to blur. It is covered with protective strips on the bottom edge and sides of the backboard to protect athletes from injury when dunking.
4. Basketball ring
The basketball ring is made of φ19 solid round steel, and a stamped arc-shaped net hook is welded under the ring. The twelve sections are evenly distributed with appropriate gaps and equipped with a basketball net. The basketball ring has good bending resistance and is fixed horizontally on the backboard. The steel plate connected to the basket frame and the basketball ring cover are all stamped with high-quality steel plates at one time, and the shape is beautiful. 5. Structural principle of the product
The product uses special iron embedded parts. Before the ball rack is installed, the embedded parts are pre-embedded, and the overall installation is carried out after the maintenance period.
The basket frame is connected to the embedded parts through flanges. The flanges are made of high-quality stamping parts with specifications of 520×620㎜. They are rounded all around. There are 8 fixing holes on the flanges to ensure the overall safety and firmness of the basket frame after installation.
The embedded parts are embedded by on-site assembly, which can save transportation and warehouse storage space. The total length of the embedded parts is not less than 550mm. They are composed of 8 round steels with M16 threads and several iron plates. The round steels are flattened in the middle to enhance the embedded strength.
6. Fasteners
All fasteners of the basket frame are hot-dip galvanized to ensure that they will not rust for many years.
7. Surface treatment
The surface treatment of the sprayed workpiece is divided into two stages. The pre-treatment stage enables the workpiece to obtain a high-quality dielectric layer and increase the bonding strength between the anti-rust coating and the metal matrix. It is an essential basic measure to improve the surface treatment ability of the product. The surface treatment stage is the process of evenly applying the powder to the object to be coated through high-voltage electrostatic action. When the coating reaches a certain thickness, it enters the oven for heating, and the coating melts and solidifies to form a coating with uniform thickness and firm texture. All equipment of our company's products are operated on the fully automatic spraying production line, through the process of shot blasting - degreasing - water washing - phosphorus-free conversion - water washing - drying - electrostatic powder - curing. The coating thickness of the product is 70-80um, and the pencil hardness reaches 3H+. The product has the advantages of acid and alkali resistance, heat and humidity resistance, anti-aging, and beautiful appearance. It is suitable for humid and acid rain environments, and the pre-treatment process and product coating formula do not contain toxic elements to avoid harming the health of users.
